RLCoaching, trade name Aletheia Coaching is required, when you browse the RLCoaching website (the “Website”) and complete a contact form, to process personal data concerning you.

RLCoaching complies in this context with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”) (together the “Applicable Regulation”).

This Privacy Policy allows you to have all the information required by the applicable texts concerning the collection and processing conditions of your personal data.

In addition, RLCoaching uses “audience cookies” as part of the operation of the platform. Regarding this subject, you are invited to refer to the heading “Cookie management”.

  1. Controller, data and recipients

RLCoaching, SARL, registered under the number 843 944 968 whose registered office is 16 rue du Chemin Vert, 91470 Boullay-les-Troux acts as controller.

When you access and navigate the Site, RLCoaching is required to collect and process personal data about you, in particular when you complete the online contact form on the Site.

The data collected are intended exclusively for persons in charge of communication, the organization of events and any initiatives to strengthen the work related to the prevention of risks of damage to people and works within RLCoaching.

Companies to which RLCoaching entrusts technical services related to the operation of the site may be required to process this data on behalf of the observatory, on the understanding that these companies are contractually obliged to protect all personal data transmitted to them in this context.

Your data are processed for the following purposes:

– respond to your requests through the contact form,

– right of access: you can ask RLCoaching to provide you with the personal data concerning you that it holds,
– right of rectification: you can ask RLCoaching to correct inaccurate information about you,
– right to object: you may object to the processing of your data at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation,
– right to erasure (or right to be forgotten): you can ask RLCoaching to delete the data for the reasons set out in the Applicable Regulations,
– right to limit processing: you can ask RLCoaching to limit processing for the reasons set out in the Applicable Regulations,
– the right to define your guidelines regarding the retention, erasure and communication of personal data after your death.

Your contact details are kept for a period of three years from the end of the year in which they were collected.

In some cases, RLCoaching may not respond favourably to your request. If the situation arises, RLCoaching will provide you with the reason(s) for this refusal.

In any case, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in France).
